Solution Architect – Digital Core

The Digital Solutions team oversees core digital functions, driving digital transformation and advancing shared initiatives. Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate within the Data Foundation Platform (DFP) team to manage data and cloud infrastructure, transforming the organization’s data landscape to enable data-driven decisions.
2. Develop advanced solutions for data architecture, enhance data quality, and explore the potential of Generative AI (GenAI).
3. Strengthen front-end capabilities by harmonizing products with a cost-effective component library developed with the UI/UX team.
4. Define requirements and develop features for GenAI and data platforms.
5. Implement data strategies, data flows, and RAG setups.
6. Maintain logical and physical data models, ensuring alignment with metadata.
7. Contribute to the Data and UI/UX Component Management Strategy.
8. Analyze and optimize current systems and advocate for improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Over 6 years of experience in data engineering and enterprise system design.
3. Expertise in platforms and tools including:
* Back-End: Advanced Python, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), PostgreSQL, Redis, serverless functions, Kubernetes.
* Front-End: Advanced TypeScript/JavaScript, React framework (Next.js), component customization.
* Data: Statistical visualization, time-series and map visualizations.
* Development Tools: Docker, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab).
1. Experience in data workflows (e.g., Apache Airflow) and data management tools.
2. Proficiency in analytical problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and collaboration in agile environments.
