We are now looking for a Partner Account Manager to join our team and drive seller growth by working with our partners. Key Responsibilities: Work together with our partners to onboard and accelerate Seller performance. Deliver comprehensive post mortem documentation for each event, identifying successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Develop a scalable playbook for commercial initiatives that can be implemented across other locales. Develop long term relationships with partners, support them in the integration of their offers and develop ambitious goals for future growth prospects. Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions and manage the roll out of these solutions with our partners. Work closely with partners to invent and drive commercial initiatives that drive Seller performance. Identify and manage projects to improve customer and seller experience, working closely with internal and external teams. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Fluency in Dutch. Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Experience in partnership management, account management, or a related role. Strong commercial acumen. Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
