Job Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to gather business requirements in the SAP FICO area (projects, process improvements, tools, etc.) proposing the right solutions.
Job Description:
* Act as single point of contact to develop, manage and enhance relationships with key business/ function stakeholders, actively managing their expectations and satisfaction, ensuring demand generated is properly captured and channeled through the right decision-making processes
* Highlight/identify proactively opportunities and gaps in existing functionality and IT Services, reviewing requirements and ensuring relevant stakeholders are involved
* Able to make the translation from business process into technical and functional specifications for the execution team
* Develop project rationale, scoping assessments, suitable architecture design to determine feasibility of initiatives that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions
* Coordinate and, in some cases execute, projects and enhancements in line with IT project methods and tools (describe problem, prepare solution and execute system changes and tests (self or by third party)
* Monitor and analyze incident, service requests and problem management acting as escalation point
* Ensure timely and complete communication towards business/functions on status and KPI’s for running and planned cross-functional projects, initiatives and services
* Ensure applications, initiatives and projects are managed in line with UPL In Control and Security Framework
* Coordinate and serve as a liaison with other cross functional business and IT Teams
* Work with third party vendors to evaluate proposals, deliverables and roles
* Coordinate and conduct multi-country training sessions
* Safeguard satisfaction about services delivered, execute Customer Satisfaction Surveys
* Travel across Europe would not be more than 10%.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Education: Bachelor or a master’s degree in engineering, preferably in IT.
* Between 8 to 10 years of diverse experience and strong end to end business processes knowledge in the FICO area.
* Strong SAP S4 Hana experience and expertise in FICO.
* Valuable SAP experience in other modules & solutions (SAC, BW, etc.) is a plus.
* Ability to anticipate user needs before they arise and present solutions to management that encompasses issues at hand.
* Drives for efficient results, has customer focus and shows ownership of SLA performance.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, positive, proactive and self-motivated attitude.
* Excellent track record for meeting deadlines and submitting deliverables on time.
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French would be an advantage).
* High level of Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management tools.
* Negotiation and communication skills.
* Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile & Scrum Management.
