What will you be doing?
As a Senior Design Technologist, you’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between design and technology. You’ll use the latest tools and techniques to bring ideas to life, delivering innovative digital experiences. You’ll take a human-centred approach to development: finding creative, impactful ways to use technology, supporting others in navigating technical challenges, and crafting user experiences that improve people’s lives.
We want you to have:
4+ years of professional experience designing and developing digital experiences with rich user interfaces on a variety of technology platforms.
Experience in the following Front-End technologies:
Web application: HTML5, CSS3/Sass, JavaScript ES6, Typescript, Node.js, Webpack
Modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (at least 1): Angular, Vue, React, Stencil.js
Source control: Git, Gitflow, Github, Bitbucket, Gitlab
Strong written/oral communication skills and a willingness to contribute to inline code documentation.
Ability to provide substantiated strategic technology and architecture recommendations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams, including designers, strategists, and developers.
Ability to support technical tasks throughout the project lifecycle, participate in project scoping and estimation tasks, and contribute to architecture, solution, and/or services recommendations in a multicultural and time-zones environment.
Knowledge of best practices in areas like accessibility and security.
At least B2 English level.
It would be a bonus if you had:
UI / UX skills: Design tokens, Figma.
Experience developing web components to be reused as a part of Design Systems.
Experience with complex scenarios, like e-commerce, internationalisation, or content management.
Been part of an agile development team and used some agile tool such as Jira, Asana, Trello.
Experience with restful services, working with data from an API and worked with headless arquitecture.
