Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned IAM Product Delivery Manager to drive success in our organization. Key qualifications include extensive knowledge of IAM products and experience in a similar role.
Main Responsibilities:
Set operating standards and best practices for IAM.
Implement planned interventions to install, upgrade, or decommission IAM solutions, ensuring compatibility of software and hardware specifications.
Document activities during installation and record deviations and remedial actions.
Develop IAM features according to organizational needs, ensuring data integrity by securing hardware and electronic information.
Perform IAM maintenance, upgrading hardware and software.
Document processes and comply with best practices in IAM.
Act as a technical coordinator between project managers and developers' technical support teams.
Implement and provide guidance for the evolution of IAM solutions, controlling software or hardware modifications.
Ensure system integrity by controlling functional updates, software or hardware additions, and maintenance activities.
Take proactive steps to ensure a stable and secure IAM infrastructure.
Analyse performance data and communicate findings.
Track reliability data against service level agreements.
Protect data by developing data security and restoration policies, procedures, and controls.
Implement information security policy, ensuring security risks are analysed and managed.
Stay up-to-date with developments and trends in IAM.
Required IAM Products Experience:
Microsoft Active Directory 2012, 2016, 2019.
Solid knowledge of recovering Active Directory Forest.
Solid knowledge of Active Directory Security topics: protocols, bastion, etc.
GPO's creation and management.
Active Roles Servers - roles management, permission assignment, tasks, and dynamic groups.
Change Auditor for Active Directory.
Microsoft LAPS windows 2019 - Admin Password Enterprise.
Solid knowledge in scripting for Active Directory (PowerShell).
Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 - Installation and configuration.
Monitoring products on Active Directory environment (SCOM tool).
PingFederate - Single Sign On (SSO).
Key Skills Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in management information systems (MIS), computer science, information systems, or information technology.
3 to 5 years' experience in IAM products management.
In-depth knowledge of IAM, architecture, and data security.
Knowledge of best practices in database management.
Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
