What We Are Seeking
We are looking for someone to provision, monitor, support, and maintain the Microsoft Azure platform in order to offer the best service for internal use environments of the PaaS Bizagi services. This includes planning, organizing, and managing servers, network devices, and IT services. This includes developing, maintaining, and supporting network infrastructure and server infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunications systems. The Cloud Administrator also provides end-user customer service and directs activities to resolve IT-related problems promptly and accurately.
The role requires someone with 2 or more years of experience working with Microsoft Azure, and at least 3 years managing Microsoft Services.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
1. Participate in the implementation of the necessary resources in Azure to support, monitor, and operate Cloud platforms.
2. Support, monitor, and operate the Microsoft Azure platform.
3. Use the best practices of the Cloud service operation for excellent operation in the service.
4. Work closely with the security and development team to ensure the correct operation of the platform.
5. Perform daily activities for administration, provisioning of environments, troubleshooting, and maintaining the cloud platform.
6. Work closely with internal teams to guarantee 24x7 monitoring, control, and support for the whole infrastructure.
7. Continuous improvement of internal user support processes, infrastructure management, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
8. Ensure the integrity and security of business information.
9. Design and implement improvements in IT services that enable the company to meet business objectives.
Skills
1. 2 or more years of experience working with Microsoft Azure, and at least 3 years managing Microsoft Services.
2. Proven track record managing and giving support to Microsoft Azure platforms.
3. ITIL knowledge.
4. Process documentation.
5. Ability to implement/support cloud infrastructure designs provided by architects.
6. Ability to follow best practices to secure cloud applications and data against theft, loss, or other disasters.
7. Experience managing network devices such as firewalls and switches, Windows servers, and others.
8. Excellent proficiency in English & Spanish
9. Exceptional listening, verbal, presentation, organizational, and written communication skills.
10. Decision-making, problem-resolution, and creative thinking skills.
11. Able to multi-task activities.
12. Proficient in working with other teams to have the best service quality.
