Your main responsabilities will be:
- You will seek input from Service Management or Local Management (TL or ODM) for account/site specific objectives and set accordingly through the 121s within the internal tools.
- You will carry out yearly objective reviews for directly line managed staff (i.e. technicians, engineers).
- You will arrange training and development for engineers related to technology and individual development needs, by setting personal development plans.
- You will coach TRG technicians and engineers under ES control, acting as a role model and mentoring where appropriate.
- You will be managing Disciplinary and Grievance Process, taking input from ES management where ongoing attempts to improve performance has not had the desired impact.
- You will create and cascade account/site specific objectives directly to technicians and engineers.
- You will manage all aspects of technician and engineer recruitment (raise vacancies, carry out interviews together with Talent team).
- You will arrange security clearance and access management for all engineers.
- You will manage all aspects of absence management (holiday bookings, return to work interviews).
- You will ensure that each Team/operation has a robust induction process for new engineers introduced.
- You will maintain a high level of internal customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
You are the right candidate if:
- You have Line Management Experience of at least 3 Years.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are Native Spanish and fluent level of English is required.
- You have experience in managing teams of minimum 10 persons.
- You have previous experience in working and collaborating with committee/work council.
- You have advanced Excel skills.
- You are familiar with relevant business systems e.g. SAP.
- You have good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
