We are looking for a talented Compensation Expert to enhance our Global Compensation team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation management and be able to develop and implement effective solutions that drive business results. Key responsibilities include :
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with regional stakeholders, including the EMEA HR team and business leaders.
* Offering guidance on compensation matters to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Providing expert compensation advice to support business objectives.
* Collaborating with HR partners to develop and implement effective solutions, ensuring adherence to guidelines for internal moves and recruitment.
* Implementing and managing compensation programs in collaboration with Corporate and local HR teams.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
