Position: Human Resources – People Operations SpecialistThis Role is for Temporary - Duration is 6 Month Contract.Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to support our People Operations function.This will be the key interlocutor with local pay administrators/payroll providers and benefits providers. The key focus of the role will be payroll process and local benefits operations across EMEA.This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, manages employee employment lifecycle data, supports onboarding activities, and maintains employment records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments and external providers related to payroll and benefits on EMEA operational level.Key Responsibilities:Payroll & Compensation Support:Coordinate with the payroll provider on a monthly basis to ensure timely and accurate payroll and benefits processing in EMEA regions.Provide up-to-date information on new joiners, departures, pay changes, bonuses, and other applicable benefits.Track and implement changes based on Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) or other legal/contractual requirements, in collaboration with local payroll providers.Validate and maintain compensation data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems: e.g. benefits management through the sites etc.Assist in payroll audits and resolve discrepancies as needed.Track local benefits and insurances contracts records.HR Operations & Data Management:Maintain accurate employment records including contracts, amendments, terminations, and role changes.Maintain regular update of Outlook data with IT regarding people details (titles, reporting).Update and manage HR systems (HRIS & People data file) and trackers with employee data (start/end dates, compensation, job title, etc.)Ensure proper documentation for compliance with labor laws and company policies.Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards as required on people employment related information.Advise on travel policy arrangements.Onboarding & Offboarding Support:Coordinate onboarding logistics such as office access cards, IT setup, welcome materials, and orientation scheduling. Get in touch with IT, local admin (where applicable) for on-boarding/off boarding arrangements.Arrange office/parking access and collaborate with landlords or office administrators where applicable.Additional HR Support:Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and policies.Support the administration of employee benefits and liaise with vendors as required.Assist in the implementation of HR projects, policies, and initiatives.Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee data.Qualifications & skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, or similar roles (EMEA level).Familiarity with European labor laws and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and HRIS.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Fluent in English and French.
