How To Contribute To Our Vision
1. Support on customs operations (import & export) in Spain, following the internal SGRE policies and ensure compliance with Customs Union Code.
2. Lodge the customs declarations towards the customs authorities in our Self-filling customs system, namely ensuring the following:
1. All the relevant data is available, correct and properly documented.
2. The use of the most adequate and (economically) efficient customs procedure.
3. Accuracy of the customs value (e.g., checking the documentation and the internal SAP PO-Orders).
4. Correctness of the preferential documentation and properly file for future customs audits.
5. Provide response to requests from the Customs Authorities (AEAT).
6. Monitor and control the customs clearance procedures until conclusion.

Requirements
1. Complete university degree (e.g. business administration, law, international trade).
2. At least 3 - 5 years of experience in the field of customs processes (import, export, customs classification, preferential/non-preferential origin determination, Intrastat).
3. Official title of customs representative, would be a desirable requirement.
4. International experience (work in international teams, work abroad) is a definite plus.
5. Experience in customs/ERP IT systems such as SAP, TARIC.
6. Languages: Native Spanish and high level of spoken and written English (at least B2 level).
7. Responsibility, organization, communication and assertiveness skills are valued attributes.
