Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily interactions with the Workers Council, coordinating company policies with other departments, and handling administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, contract management, and payroll inquiries.
A key aspect of this role is managing massive recruiting processes to adapt to manufacturing needs, including publishing job offers, conducting interviews, and onboarding/offboarding employees. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for tracking annual medical checks, developing and tracking training plans, and providing support to the GF team when needed.
Reporting KPIs weekly and monthly to the Plant Manager is also a critical component of this position, as is analyzing and tracking the annual plant P&C budget in coordination with the GLF & Finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend meetings with the Workers Council
* Manage daily interactions with them
* Apply company policies in coordination with other departments
* Manage administrative tasks (attendance, contracts, external contractors, etc.)
* Manage recruiting processes (job offers, interviews, etc.)
* Onboard/offboard employees
* Track annual medical checks
* Develop and track training plans
* Provide support to the GF team
* Report KPIs to the Plant Manager
* Analyze and track the annual plant P&C budget
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in psychology, laws, or business administration
* Leadership skills and high commitment
* 7+ years of experience in HR, with focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
* Strong knowledge of local employment laws
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* SHRM certification preferred
* Highly motivated and experienced professional with passion for driving business objectives through strategic initiatives
* Available to travel occasionally
