FUNCTIONS
Commercial Lead - the role will ensure the new business strategy is planned, executed and measured effectively to deliver the expected results for the business to achieve the annual new business target:
* Develop and implement the sales plan in line with the business strategy as agreed with the Executive Team, reporting to the company CEO.
* Ensure sales plans objectives are effectively communicated and coordinated.
* Forecast accurately and regularly ensuring sales has a rich and sustainable pipeline.
* Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on customer needs and market research.
* Build knowledge and experience of the competitor landscape, as well as look for common opportunities including possible collaboration with 3rd parties in the sector to support growth.
* Support various marketing campaigns with the Marketing Managers to support growth.
* Day to day management of the VP Sales of Iberia, Switzerland and Austria.
* Lead your team to success through dedicated coaching and training to ensure they operate at their best.
* Motivate your team to exceed revenue targets and defined KPIs.
* Proactively encourage collaboration to achieve business goals and create a learning culture to exceed staff objectives.
* Attract, hire and retain high performing talent never allowing hiring challenges and vacancies to impact overall sales success.
* Build a customer intimate culture through consultative selling to ensure relationships are mutually beneficial and are subject to continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Successful track record in B2B SaaS sales and management role.
* Established and effective budget preparation, reporting and forecasting skills.
* Diligent and organised professional capable of preparing detailed sales plans.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
* Strong business acumen and problem solving/analysis skills required.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Must be results driven with strong customer focus.
* Experience presenting and influencing at a senior level.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Strong English skills, spoken and written.
