Aim
As part of the development of our activities, we are launching a one-year pilot test to establish a UG Center of Excellence. The position, formerly known as UG Commercial Manager, is renamed Regional UG Application Manager. This role aims to optimize our student recruitment model by engaging, nurturing, and converting prospects across multiple regions and all Sommet Education campuses, primarily through our digital channels.
The focus will be on converting prospects at an early stage, from their entry into the pipeline until their application is awaiting acceptance. The role will also involve supporting final conversion efforts to ensure the successful integration of students into our campuses. In summary, the Regional UG Application Manager will interact less directly with prospects and organize fewer events while increasing digital contacts to improve conversions.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact potential students through various channels (phone, MS Teams, WhatsApp, email) in an engaging and professional manner.
* Organize initial meetings and counseling sessions with students and their families to understand their needs and advise them on programs, schools, and admission processes.
* Play a key role in collecting application documents and processing application fees.
* Achieve strong results in the early stages of conversion for Bachelor programs.
* Collaborate closely with admission teams and regional, central, academic, and marketing stakeholders.
* Support, as needed, final conversion efforts for student integration on our campuses.
* Share market knowledge with Regional UG Enrolment Managers to help them develop outreach strategies.
* Travel occasionally to support Regional UG Enrolment Managers at market events and participate in at least 2 open days per year at Sommet Education campuses.
* Report on performance and KPIs via Salesforce, PowerBI, Calendly, and AirCall.
* Participate in pipeline management forums to review progress, challenges, and the prospect pipeline.
