JOB DESCRIPTION：
* Facilitation of the achievement of group objectives
* Coordination, communication and facilitation of the work of the Group, both internally and externally
* Promote the introduction of new production concepts and technologies in the group
* Establishment and improvement of systems, quality and efficiency, health and safety of subordinates
* Design specification, DFM promotion and implementation
* Promotion and implementation of manufacturing centre policy
* Monitor the overall cost of the team's development of individual project processes
* Facilitate improvement of process issues for the group as a whole
* Direct follow-up of key projects
* Drive the team's projects through the nodes on time, project risk management
* Group Experience Sharing Summary Advancement
* Continuous improvement promotion of manufacturing processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS：
* Bachelor's degree required; good verbal and written communication skills (including but not limited to English, Spanish, Chinese).
* Relevant background in fields such as electronics, automation, mechatronic engineering, or integrated mechanical and electrical engineering, or related work experience.
* Project management experience.
* Solid theoretical foundation in mechanical and electronic engineering.
* Experience in the automotive electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.
