Position : Customer Experience Specialist (German)

Remuneration : Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat.
* Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem.
* Constantly brainstorm with colleagues to improve the Customer Experience; troubleshooting, innovation, and change management are part of the daily business.
* Use the latest technology and AI integrations and become an expert in this field.
* Control and handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms.
* Responsible for Trustpilot reviews, improving overall company NPS through excellent service.
* Flag and escalate customer queries, coming up with suitable solutions.
* Map and improve business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native level German and fluent English.
* Customer service is in your DNA and you have some experience already.
* Excellent communication skills.
* An interest in innovation (think chatbot integrations).
* You are proactive and solution-oriented.
* You can think outside the box to always find a solution for the customer.
* A technical background is an advantage.
* You are proficient with computers and can type at lightning speed.
