Responsibilities:
1. Handle enquiries and requests in an efficient, organized, and dynamic way.
2. Be responsible for individual planned projects.
3. Take part in active group work within the department and with other departments in university projects.
4. Liaise and coordinate with other departments (IT Department, Bachelor´s Offices, Planning, Admissions, Administration, International Mobility) on a wide range of administrative issues.
5. Collaborate with other IE University stakeholders in order to ensure a successful student experience.
6. Manage and develop expertise in Atenea or similar Student Information Systems.
7. Provide the Associate Director and General Secretary with the necessary support.
8. Proactively manage the official enrolment process of students.
9. Get familiar with Document Management Systems.
10. Assist in the preparation of reports.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Exhibits outstanding communication skills, strong teamwork, and customer service capability.
4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in English and Spanish (written and oral).
6. Good organizational and time management skills.
