Are you ready to take on the challenge of becoming a Materiel Support Specialist in Light Transport and Mission Aircraft Materiel Services for Cross Platforms within Airbus Defence and Space – Air Power?
As a Materiel Support Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our customers' Fleet Availability and Mission Readiness. You'll lead projects in the dynamic Cross Platforms area, covering everything from Operational Planning to Performance Improvement Initiatives and Key Performance Indicators Management. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating Materiel Services Centers of Competence, liaising with Procurement, ensuring Quality Assurance, and navigating Export Control and Customs Compliance.
With diverse national requirements and highly customized services, the Transport and Mission Customers present unique challenges, from transactional support to Performance Based Logistics/Full In Services Support.
Based in Getafe and reporting to the Head of the department, you'll have a hands-on approach, including:
* Support customer-oriented initiatives such as Customer Centricity project or Top 50 Critical Items.
* Reporting and supporting KPIs and Performance Dashboard for Materiel Support.
* Leading Improvement Projects and Digital Initiatives.
* Managing projects impacting all Light Transport Aircraft (LTA) or Multi Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) customers.
We're seeking dynamic candidates with a Degree in Engineering (aerospace engineering preferred), experience in Materiel Support topics, and desirable skills in Finance, Improvement Projects, and Performance/KPIs management. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
