The role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Online Key Account Manager to lead the growth of TCL’s online business in Spain. This role is pivotal in driving profitable growth through strategic account management, operational excellence, and innovative online sales strategies.
The successful candidate will focus on maximizing our brand’s presence and performance across online channels, ensuring strong relationships with key partners, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
Key accountabilities
Related to the daily operation with Amazon, it will need a deep expertise in all operations available in Vendor Central, with a special focus on 5 areas:
1.Download and interpretation of Retail Analytics Reports.
2.Management of purchase orders / order appointment operations in Amazon WH.
3.Opening and follow-up of disputes.
4.Knowledge and control of the main KPIs for correct decision making in business 5.development: NetPPM, lead time, OOS, Deal OPS, Confirmation Rate.
Regarding the main Sales team member tasks:
Achieve annual sales and profit targets for assigned online accounts.
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with key online retail accounts.
Responsible for the negotiation of annual contracts, pricing, back conditions and commercial strategy with assigned customers.
Address and resolve logistics and financial matters with online partners efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
Business development: Identify and evaluate new opportunities to expand TCL’s product reach and grow market share in online channels.
Planning the monthly promotion activities and marketing campaigns with assigned customers and ROI analysis of promo plans.
Inform the organization about opportunities and challenges, prepare counterplans and act as a true market leader.
Ensure products are prominently displayed and marketed on partner platforms, aligning with TCL’s branding and sales strategies.
Create clear sales reports of the sales process (weekly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly), status and forecast for the following period. Analyze turnover data, collect recent marketing information, and control invoices. Compile an ongoing analysis of our market share in each product group by account.
Your profile
+5 years of professional sales experience in e-commerce or managing online accounts, preferably in the consumer electronics industry
Strong understanding of the Spanish online retail market, particularly Amazon and similar platforms
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision
Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Excellent communication / negotiation / interpersonal skills
Results-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Fluent in Spanish and English. Chinese is a plus
