Schedule: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 9:00 and 21:00
Languages: Fluent Portuguese from Portugal and fluent English
Experience: Minimum one year in IT Support with cloud solutions
We are looking for a European Portuguese speaker to work as a Technical Support Advisor assisting customers with cloud solutions for a well-known global IT brand. You will provide expert guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience through remote support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for brand's products to Portuguese-speaking customers
2. Diagnose and resolve issues related to cloud-based applications and services
3. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps via phone, email, and chat
4. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
5. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions
6. Stay up to date with the client's products, services, and best practices
Requirements:
1. Fluent Portuguese from Portugal and fluent English written and spoken
2. At least one year of experience in IT support, ideally with MS cloud solutions
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
4. Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities
5. Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic support environment
6. EU ID or a residence permit for Spain
