Kraken Technologies is growing rapidly, disrupting the incumbent tech landscape, with over 50 million end customer accounts contracted across 9 markets globally. We are tracking toward 100 million customer accounts on the platform by 2027.
Your Mission:
A Client Implementation Lead is a shining example of the Kraken culture and way of working. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the intricacies of the Kraken Operating Model, building their understanding, leading workstreams whilst embedding skills and empowering them to operate effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Kraken Ambassador: Champion the Kraken model! Live and breathe what we preach and be responsible for convincing clients that it's the best way to run their business!
2. Recruitment: Identify the best talent with a lens on reducing bias and championing diversity.
3. Coaching & Mentoring: Thrive in a 1:1 setting working on the development of senior client leaders and your team members.
4. Leadership Development: Be involved in high-level group programs focusing on Influential Management, Assertive Communication, and Principled Decision-making.
What You'll Need to Have:
1. Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
2. Extensive experience in the Utilities industry (preferably in Spain).
3. Able to be based in Oviedo and have the necessary visa/right to work in Spain.
4. Strong experience of leading aspects of operational transformation programmes, ideally in utilities.
5. Proven experience presenting to senior stakeholders with confidence.
6. Ability to understand what success looks like for the client.
7. A flair for influencing and a natural ability to "sell" Kraken's ways of working and promote its benefits.
8. Proven experience in building relationships and trust with the clients.
