THE POSITION
As EMEA Sales Acquisition Manager, you'll play a vital role in developing, implementing and executing on strategies to attract and acquire new Ceco-Partners, mostly distributors and Retailers.
Pioneer, Door opener, Hunter, join the dynamic field of a newly created international Sales Group that will establish the basis of new distribution partners’ acquisition within the region and the priority markets you will be assigned, leverage digital data-driven insights to optimize quality and time to acquisition, and fuel business expansion!
For each market, you will take ownership and identify/assess/initiate first contacts/onboard the best distributors and/or retailers for each of our product groups and/or sales channels for the markets you are assigned to.
RESPONSABILITIES
Market Research: Identify markets specifics and establish strategically the product/channel country map made of the best distribution performers that can work together without territory conflicts on a truly complementarity basis
Documenting the company’s summary, strengths and weaknesses of each key targeted distributors
Aligning with the Why’s and the How’s to progress towards the consensus choice.
Initiate contacts and drive the (factual) distributors due diligence/assessment phase physically at their location, their market, at their clients.
Onboard and progress towards the go live and first order time. Then transition to your Sell In and Sell Out Teams.
Build strong relationships & work with cross-functional teams throughout the organization.
Document Plans (assessment & due diligence, onboarding steps, forecast, P&L...).
Identifying/launching/conducting efficient projects within the countries assigned
Create opportunities to meet & exceed the market, Be an expert on the product, the customer, and the consumer; Understand the competition around pricing, product, and placement – and using this to guide choices of Distributors
Comprehensive understanding of Accounts P&L & specifics
REQUIREMENTS
You come with either 5Y+ of partner-based sales & marketing management acquired within the zone, and/or Retail strong background combined with market research, and/or strong marketing (research) expertise and/or from the consulting Industry.
Multi-retail channel strong Sales Experience with Product mindset.
Successful commercial negotiation expertise in Household Appliances or fast-moving “ABC” consumer goods experience
Experience with and knowledge of resp. EU/Americas/APAC retailer trade environment essential (physical and digital).
Fluent English plus other European languages are desirable.
Fluent Spanish is a plus.
The role can be based in any of the countries in EMEA region.
