Role Summary:
A great opportunity to be the first PMM for one of the fastest growing B2B SAAS providers in Europe!
You will be the key interface between Product and Sales, getting under the skin of our software propositions for the spanish market, current and future. You will define the strongest possible value propositions and evangelise those around the company to drive value-based sales messaging via every channel, online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Go-To-Market: Support the Operational Readiness team with new solution or functionality launches, identifying the right target audiences and building core messaging houses to ensure that comms is as on-point and simple as possible.
* Competition: Understand in detail what our competition offers, how we compare and how we are better. Where you identify gaps or opportunities then you should bring these to the attention of Product so they can consider their inclusion into the development roadmap. You will attend industry events and customer meetings on occasion to gather market intelligence. You will also build battle cards in order to help the sales team persuade buyer personas.
* Sales enablement: You will build a strong working relationship with the Spanish ‘Content Marketer’ to support them in crafting the most compelling sales enablement materials for every stage of the sales cycle. You will spend lots of time with the various sales teams understanding their customer challenges and identifying ways to support those with strong solution value messaging.
* Solution positioning: You will make sure that any new software or feature solutions rolled out in Spain are positioned well within the bigger suite of solutions, have the right naming convention and are clearly defined. They should support a customer journey through our solutions and associated cross-sell and upsell. You will also maintain customer persona cards and develop new ones when required.
* Data: You will work closely with Marketing Campaign Managers and Marketing Data Analysts to understand the performance of our campaigns in relation to which solutions are selling well and which less well. You will develop actions from the messaging side to help drive better demand generation where required.
* Customer feedback: You will build relationships with the different customer sales teams (SDR, New Business, Marketplace, Field Sales & other) to learn about market trends, customer needs and monetizable opportunities. You will analyse opportunities using that information in the scope of our bigger suite of solutions and work with Product to bring those opportunities into the development roadmap and to market.
* Customer advocacy: You will identify opportunities to secure new case studies, customer quotes and testimonials to reflect all our solutions and customer types. You will work with the Content Writer to bring these to life and promote their usage via different sales channels.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in marketing and sales or a business or engineering school specialising in marketing degree.
* Fluent in Spanish and a good level of English is a must-have.
* Some previous experience as a PMM would be a plus, however candidates with backgrounds in other Marketing, Product, Sales Enablement or Product Launch roles would also be considered.
* Experience in either B2B SAAS and/or the construction industry is a plus.
* Ideally located in Madrid
* A positive can-do attitude with the ability to see opportunity in everything.
* The ability to learn fast and understand complex software solutions.
* Analytical skills including moderate experience in using Excel.
* Experience in using PowerPoint.
* Experience in customer personas would be a plus.
* Experience in the construction or compliance world is a benefit, but not essential.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
