The candidate will work on an international project, implementing Employee Central Time Management (Time off and Time Tracking) for Spain and Portugal as a pilot for a multicountry roll out in collaboration with a core global team from EPI-USE.
The main tasks associated with the position are:
Define workbooks with the client and global team.
Employee Central configuration for the Spanish and Portuguese localisation from a global template design.
Run playback sessions with the client to refine functionality.
Testing the solution in each iteration.
Manage the UAT with the client.
Define and manage the cut-over plan.
Align with the rest of the project team in different countries (meetings, calls, etc).
EXPERIENCE
Proven experience for EC Time Management implementation. At least 3 years experience in full cycle projects.
At least 1 full cycle project for EC Time Tracking (from gathering requirements till go-live and hypercare phase).
Experience in other SuccessFactors functionalities and integration with payroll.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Client facing experience.
Relevant experience for international projects. Use to work in English.
