She or he will be the point of contact with the AIV, Operations and Software teams. The candidate will also be responsible for code debugging and support to the software teams with hardware.
She or he will develop automated operational procedures for our satellites and space systems.
Moreover, the candidate will also assist different teams that require software support.
Finally, the applicant will be involved in different projects to contribute to the implementation, validation, and verification of the software requirements related to the space segment.
What you will be doing?
* Automation of tests and procedures.
* Debugging of software and hardware issues.
* Providing hardware support to the Software team.
* Supporting the AIV and Operations teams.
* Defining and implementing processes for software quality.
What do we need in our team?
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering is required.
* 1 year of experience in Software QA or similar debugging roles.
* Proficiency in C, Java, or other high-level languages.
* Proactive problem-solving attitude.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Flexibility and enthusiasm for teamwork.
* English proficiency at B2 level or equivalent.
Valuable knowledge:
* Experience with laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, network analyzers, etc.)
* Familiarity with hardware design tools such as Altium, KiCad, Eagle, etc.
* Experience with Python.
Strong communication skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively and independently, while collaborating within a potentially international and culturally diverse team.
Additionally, solid analytical, organizational, and reporting skills are needed, combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and an interest in technology development.
Eligibility to work and reside in the EU is mandatory.
