Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a first class experience from day one and throughout their lifecycle. Own and manage feedback gathering and data analysis to drive continuous improvement in employee lifecycle processes. Manage offboarding procedures, conduct exit interviews, and provide actionable insights for ongoing enhancements. Data Management: Maintain and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and generating regular reports to enhance HR processes. Oversee the production and secure storage of employee related documentation, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Compliance: Develop and implement People policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local employment laws and the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Keep policies up to date to maintain full compliance. Payroll & Benefits: Administer employee benefits, providing clear communication to the team and resolving any queries efficiently.
