Job Summary: Significant large customer or agency sales experience with extensive experience delivering results, closing sales, and generating revenue in a sales or partnership development role at a digital ad tech company.

Role Overview: Within Amazon Advertising, the Senior Ad Tech Account Executives are sales experts focused on developing strategic partnerships and driving adoption of Amazon Advertising technology products across advertising agencies and advertisers. Our organization specializes in selling Amazon Advertising technology, including our DSP, APIs, and cloud products.
We build partnerships that enable our customers to leverage Amazon Advertising technology to optimize the customer experience, exceed their business goals, and navigate complex marketing challenges within a rapidly changing landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own relationships with AdTech decision-makers across both brands and agencies to successfully build and maintain a sales pipeline.
2. Deeply understand Amazon Advertising’s Ad Tech value proposition and effectively articulate that value to our clients.
3. Own a strategic client development plan in partnership with key internal stakeholders (e.g., sales teams, product teams, ad-tech solutions architects, marketing, partner team, legal, support, etc.) that is built on the adoption of Amazon Advertising technology (e.g., clean rooms, ad serving, programmatic).
4. Respond to inbound RFPs, RFIs, and proactively develop custom ideas and solutions.
5. Capture client feedback on business alignment and usability of Amazon Advertising technology, organizing feedback and collaborating with product management to drive scalable changes through to completion.
6. Conduct live demonstrations of Amazon technology products.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Past experience driving revenue growth for an advertising technology or enterprise software company.
3. Experience selling enterprise cloud.
4. Ability to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
5. Previous experience working in the programmatic and/or ad technology industry.
6. Comfort in ambiguity and willingness to creatively help shape the expansion of this role.
