Role Overview
As a Solution Sales Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Insight’s Spanish Solutions business. Your mission is to bring Insight’s comprehensive solutions portfolio to life, helping clients navigate complex IT challenges and achieve maximum ROI. You will lead strategic engagements, identifying business opportunities and delivering high-impact technology solutions that drive transformation at scale.
This high-profile position requires a strong commercial mindset, a deep technical understanding, and exceptional leadership in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and influencing key decision-makers to drive profitable revenue growth in enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Client Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of clients’ technology roadmaps, industry-specific challenges, and business goals to position Insight’s solutions effectively.
* End-to-End Solution Selling: Lead the entire solution sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification to design, proposal, and implementation.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with internal teams—including Solutions Architects, Sales Leaders, Delivery Teams, and Partner Managers—to ensure seamless execution of solution strategies.
* Revenue Growth & Business Development: Drive revenue through tailored, outcome-focused solutions, leveraging Insight’s global network of partners and vendors.
* Complex Deal Management: Lead and influence high-value negotiations, ensuring alignment between technical feasibility, client requirements, and commercial viability.
* Executive-Level Communication: Engage and influence C-suite executives and key stakeholders, articulating the value proposition of Insight’s solutions in clear business terms.
* Sales Strategy & Governance: Ensure compliance with best practices in risk assessment, deal qualification, and governance frameworks to maximize deal success rates.
* Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Stay ahead of industry trends in Cloud, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Adoption & Change, and IT Optimization & Governance to position Insight as a trusted digital transformation partner.
