The Chief Product Officer will be responsible for shaping a seamless, customer-first digital experience based on our global technology platforms, ensuring a balance between scale and local market needs.

Mission:
Lead the global vision, strategy, and execution for the Individuals Digital Channel, transforming digital banking from a transactional experience into an engaging, customer-centric ecosystem. Drive innovation, ensure seamless global product delivery, and balance standardization with local adaptability to enhance customer experience and market competitiveness.
Key Traits & Responsibilities
1. Strategic Vision & Leadership
Define and execute a global product vision for the Individuals Digital Channel, aligning with gold-standard benchmarks and customer needs.
Shift the digital banking experience from transactional to engagement-driven, collaborating across channels and product lines.
Ensure product strategy supports business priorities for the retail banking segment.
2. Global Product Development & Execution
Lead agile product development, UX, and technical product management for individual digital banking customers.
Balance the need for a global, standardized approach with local market flexibility.
Prioritize product features and enhancements to maximize customer impact.
3. Leadership of the Global Product Tribe
Oversee the Global Product Individuals Digital Channel Tribe, working closely with Retail and Digital Banking (DCB) business leaders.
Manage the product roadmap, demand management, backlog prioritization, and governance.
Align efforts between Local Product Owners, Technical Product Managers (TPMs), and product squads.
4. Customer-Centric Innovation
Drive customer journey mapping across countries to optimize user touchpoints, behaviors, and pain points.
Establish global UX/UI standards while allowing for local adaptations, ensuring a best-in-class, consistent experience.
Leverage data and insights to inform product design, ensuring decisions are driven by real user needs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, refining the digital experience based on customer feedback and performance metrics.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
Lead a global cross-functional tribe, working closely with segments, technology, CX, data, legal, risk, and compliance teams.
Ensure seamless product delivery and effective go-to-market strategies for new features and enhancements.
Break down silos and align teams to deliver a cohesive, high-impact digital banking experience.
6. Market & Fintech Trend Awareness
Stay ahead of fintech innovations, competitor trends, and market needs to maintain a competitive edge.
Incorporate best practices and emerging technologies into the product strategy.
Continuously benchmark against industry leaders to define a best-in-class digital banking experience.
7. Talent Management & Culture
Attract, hire, and retain top digital product talent, building a team with deep domain expertise.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the product organization.
8. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
Define and track key product performance outcomes & OKRs to measure success across markets.
Establish systems for regular reporting, benchmarking, and data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.

Requirements
We’re looking for a seasoned Chief Product Officer with over 10 years of product management experience in a product-centric organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in leading global agile transformations and digital channels for individual customers. They should excel in strategic innovation, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder management, with an advanced degree preferred, all within a dynamic, global financial environment.
