Here's what you're going to do
The Validation Technician position belongs to the Production Line Area (Production Department). He/she will be responsible for the different activities of the End-of-Line (EoL) to ensure the quality and reliability of the manufactured units.
Find below the main duties and responsibilities of the position:
· Prepare and execute the different quality control activities defined for the different stations of the EoL, such as visual inspections, documentation controls, hardware checks, calibration and functional tests of the Production Units.
· Document the validation results of the EoL activities and keep the information system updated (Easy Redmine).
· Maximize the productivity of the EoL by managing the sequence of activities of the assigned stations, according to the priorities set by the Production Line Manager.
· Document and report any deviation of the expected results of the production units to the Product Management Staff, following the proper procedures.
· Document and report any failure, incident or misbehavior detected during the EoL activities to the Product Management Staff, following the proper procedures.
· Update and maintain the required Technical Documentation as defined by the Production Line Manager.
· Cabling and preparation of different setups for system level validation or development activities.
· Collaborate with other departments following the Production Line Manager instructions.
What we expect from you
· An Associate Degree (FP II or CFGS) in Electricity/Electronics or related fields.
· More than 2 years of experience.
· Sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, being able to work both independently and within a team.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Good level of spoken and written English.
· Competent use of standard office applications, such as the Windows operating system, Microsoft Office Suite, and common email platforms.
It will be a plus if you also have a good command of:
· Power Electronics Foundations.
· Electronic Instrumentation (Multimeter, Insulation Tester, Oscilloscope, Power Meter).
· Project Management systems (Easy Redmine, Jira, Asana, etc.).
· Industrial Communications (Internet, Computer Networks).
