Reporting to the Global Brand Marketing Director, these are the main responsibilities you will have:
1. Establishing a content calendar to create short and long-term content campaigns for different digital channels.
2. Creating engaging content that meets company objectives and brand standards.
3. Devising various content strategies that work for specific audiences with an aim to reach clear goals such as a set number of site visitors.
4. Ensuring unity throughout content by promoting a consistent brand voice and identity that aligns with social media profiles.
5. Monitoring and researching competitors and other institutions in the industry to find trends and interesting data gaps in keywords or content to cover.
6. Tracking and measuring the performance of digital content with the use of digital tools that measure key performance indicators and metrics.
7. Developing marketing strategies for digital content, creating email campaigns and social media posts.
8. Writing blog posts, ebooks, articles, or other materials that are relevant to the company’s products or services.
9. Creating presentations to communicate new marketing strategies to other team members.
10. Editing text and images to ensure they align with the company’s brand guidelines.
11. Creating infographics to illustrate complex concepts in simple ways.
12. Evaluating new technologies and suggesting ways to incorporate them into existing strategies.
13. Creating and updating the website to attract customers to the company’s products or services.
14. Conducting research on topics related to the company’s products or services to create content for blogs, websites, and other marketing materials.
15. Researching and analyzing industry trends to identify new opportunities for the company to capitalize on.
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of experience in social media.
2. Fluency in English is a must.
3. Bachelor in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
4. At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position presently on a brand of similar positioning (Luxury / Hospitality / Wellbeing / Real Estate).
5. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
6. Sufficient availability to manage and monitor the company’s social channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
7. Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools.
8. Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
9. Passion for the Wellness / Hospitality Industry.
Company: Global Spanish company within the wellness/hospitality/luxury sector.
Compensation: Between 39,000 Euros and 45,000 Euros Bruto/año.
Benefits: 10% bonus, 1 day home office.
