The Role
As a Public Relations Showroom Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing our showroom’s day-to-day operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our press and industry partners (celebrities, influencers…). You will report to the Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewellery team, with whom you will closely work.
This position requires a blend of operational skills, service excellence, and a deep appreciation for luxury fashion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Showroom Management:
Oversee the visual merchandising and presentation of the showroom, ensuring alignment with brand standards and collection themes.
Coordinate loans for press shoots and celebrity and influencer activations: Manage the preparation of “shoppings”, booking of couriers or relevant transport (DHL, Ferrari…), liaising with editorial warehouses and logistics team to track deliveries and returns.
Ensure the correct upkeeping and storage of the stock – Dry cleaner and seamstress booking and coordination (organising deliveries and pick-ups), adequate storage of the different collections.
In charge of international showroom stock – reception and return of press rack loaned from the international team or other markets.
Work collaboratively with training, media, marketing, and international coordination teams to maximise the showroom’s impact as a branding tool.
2. Inventory Control:
Manage the showroom’s inventory, including stock checks, loan logistics, and coordination with the Audit and Finance teams for product movements (giftings, long-term loans, stolen or lost stock).
3. Reporting and Analysis:
Compile regular reports on showroom activities (Launch Metrics). Provide insights and recommendations to enhance showroom operations.
Skillset:
Strong organisational and planning abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. French and Portuguese are welcome.
Proven experience in luxury retail or showroom management, with a strong understanding of the luxury market and fashion trends.
Aesthetic sensibility and visual merchandising skills, with an eye for detail.
