What is it like to be a Product Assurance Manager at DHV Technology?As a Product Assurance Manager at DHV Technology, you will be the guardian of quality requirements in the execution of high-tech aerospace projects, ensuring compliance with ESA standards, internal procedures, and customer specifications. You will lead a team of project quality engineers and serve as the primary quality interface with customers throughout the product lifecycle.This is a strategic, cross-functional, and hands-on role, ideal for someone passionate about quality, risk prevention, and continuous improvement in cutting-edge space projects.Responsibilities:Functional and hierarchical leader of the Product Assurance team (Project Quality Engineers).Ensure correct implementation of quality standards, norms (e.g., ECSS), and tools throughout the execution of assigned projects.Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding quality topics in your projects.Collaborate with the quality and environmental management system compliance efforts.Define and manage the Project Quality Plan for assigned programs.Provide quality support during all product lifecycle stages: requirements analysis, design, material selection, control plans, validations, and testing.Promote and apply preventive methodologies and risk management before entry into production to ensure safety and quality.Conduct internal project audits to guarantee process alignment throughout the product lifecycle.Validate the manufacturing dossier (engineering, production, and inspection) in collaboration with the project team.Ensure proper closure of manufacturing incidents and non-conformities (NCRs).Lead the change management process (RFW/RFD), including impact analysis and configuration tracking (Baseline vs. As-Built).Oversee reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) analysis activities.Ensure product quality documentation is properly generated, approved, and delivered to customers.Job Requirements:Academic Background:Minimum: University degree in a scientific or technical field with basic knowledge of industrial quality.Desired: Degree in Industrial, Aerospace, Electrical/Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.Master’s degree in Quality Management Systems (preferably focused on ISO 9100/ESA standards).Professional Experience:At least 5 years of experience in similar positions, ideally between 5 and 10 years, preferably in the aerospace or industrial sector.Knowledge:Basic understanding of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.Familiarity with standard office software tools.Quality assurance within aerospace or industrial sectors.Product and process validation.Configuration and change management.Managing projects during development and industrialization phases.Applying preventive methodologies and risk management practices.Validating products and processes (materials, components, technologies).Working with ESA standards and space-quality environments.Languages:Advanced English proficiency (C1), spoken and written.Skills and Competencies:Strong communication skills and ability to act as customer liaison.Project teamwork mentality and cross-functional collaboration.Decision-making skills focused on customer satisfaction and product compliance.Structured, analytical, and proactive approach to quality assurance.What We Offer:At DHV Technology, we provide a stimulating work environment where innovation and quality go hand-in-hand with professional growth:Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Relocation package for national and international mobility.Be part of a highly qualified, international team of professionals in the space industry.Lead quality in technologically advanced and impactful projects.Professional development and training opportunities.Immediate start.Join DHV Technology and help us ensure the highest quality in the systems that power tomorrow’s space missions.
