We are looking for an experienced Customer Engagement Specialist with extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Field Services, Sales, and Marketing - optional). In this role, you will interact with clients during demos, analysis, configurations, training sessions, and support activities, ensuring clear communication with both customers and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct demos, gather requirements, and provide analysis and configuration support for Dynamics 365 modules, especially in Customer Service and Field Services.
* Assist in training sessions and deliver support to clients, ensuring they are comfortable with the platform.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Create and maintain detailed documentation for customers and internal teams.
* Develop and use basic Power Apps and Power Automate solutions (optional).
Requirements:
* Strong experience and knowledge in Customer Engagement (Dynamics 365 modules: Customer Service, Field Services, Sales, and Marketing).
* Ability to interact confidently with clients, providing demos, conducting analyses, and offering training and support.
* Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate development (basic knowledge is a plus).
* Intermediate/Advanced English skills to engage in conversations with international clients (desirable).
Nice to Have:
* Familiarity with additional Dynamics 365 modules or other Microsoft technologies.
