Sales Support provides general information by phone to the opticians that are not visited by sales reps, promotes and sells Cooper Vision brand and lenses to these opticians, and internally provides a comprehensive support and administration back-up, including travel/hotel bookings, meeting arrangements, and office management/reception activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage clients assigned to her commercial area by phone or any other digital tools provided.
2. Ensure the group of clients assigned are up to date with current marketing actions, promotions, or information related to Coopervision products.
3. Identify new business opportunities within each client and add new users.
4. Maintain the database up to date within the area assigned through our internal system SFDC, including contacts, potential opportunities, and buyers' profiles.
5. Fulfillment of promotional marketing items and support for promotional mail-out campaigns and any other marketing/sales actions for our clients following RSM instructions.
6. Attendance at area and national sales meetings (online/offline).
7. Collaborate with other Coopervision teams to improve our client experience journey.
8. Ensure the sales and marketing office is kept up to date with current relevant literature.
9. Provide administrative support to Sales and Communication areas.
10. Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for Iberia employees including ground transport (taxi, bus), catering, and corporative events.
11. Maintain a log for all lunches/refreshments ordered.
12. Responsible for organizing consignments via courier agents, including daily mail.
13. Meet and greet visitors.
14. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
15. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.
16. Any other reasonable duties in connection with admin support of Commercial Iberia teams.
Knowledge and Required Skills:
1. Be educated to degree level or equivalent.
2. Selling focus 100%, previous selling/administrative experience required.
3. IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Be an effective written and verbal communicator.
5. Work well under pressure.
6. Strong attention to detail, along with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
7. Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
8. Strong organizational skills.
9. Customer (both internal and external) focused.
10. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
11. Excellent organizational skills.
12. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
13. Customer service attitude.
14. English speaking will be a plus.
About the Role:
Office environment, with occasional light-lifting required.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 2 days remote per week, 23 days holidays per year.
