Demonstrates an informed knowledge of a business area to resolve problems on an ongoing business and, equally, promotes architectural consistency and usability standards, defines and executes test cases if help is needed. Facilitate Business Requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders and subject matter experts, developing required documentation.Develop clear and concise requirements for the technical developers that are free from ambiguity to minimize re-work and errors. Recognize the business needs and the implications of change. May formulate alternative solutions. Works closely with technical team members to ensure all requirements have been accurately addressed as well as supports them during the design and development activities. Validates the delivered solution before deployment and manages the deployment life cycle. Coordinates and participates in the development of test plans and testing of the solution. Ability to understand tool logs and to run bbdd queries to review reported bugs or changes in the data model.Depending on the level of experience will help or own the plan of a module or the complete area. Will work with teams in Mexico and Spain and will report to the delivery leads in Spain. To be successful in the role you must have: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications...) or other relevant for the role.More than 4 years of relevant technical and functional work experience in IT banking domains. Experience on core banking applications and Risk & Compliance architectures (AML, Collections, credit risk decisioning) Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/Lean methodologies. Experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria. Experience with JIRA, Confluence or other similar tools. Experience on software delivery projects with understanding of tools like Harness, Bamboo, Bitbucket. Demonstrated ability to quantify resource requirements and measure and communicate proposed project benefits. Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes. English B2/C1Other relevant skills: Relevant functional and technical knowledge. Committed to deliver high-quality, prompt, and efficient IT service within their IT product domain. Ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily-understandable, authoritative, and actionable manner. Ability to successfully work with diverse development, testing and operation teams. • Strong organization, prioritization, and rationalization skills. Experience working under agile methodologies. The candidate is expected to have hands-on experience implementing IT banking projects, particularly in core banking transformation programs. Demonstrable functional and technical knowledge on Risk and Compliance architectures. For example, Credit Bureaus integration in different countries (Equifax, Experian, ...). decision engines integration (Modellica, Provenir, Experian...), AML tools integration (Norkom, FCM..), Collections tools and architectures, ... Relevant knowledge in business flows on the previous areas Experience in digital banking environments and projects, whether from a core banking or a front-end perspective, will be highly valued.
