At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a Receptionist & Administrative Support to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices.
Responsibilities:
* Work from the office reception desk, meeting and greeting clients, vendors, and staff.
* Assist proactively in the coordination and organization of administrative meetings, events, and appointments.
* Keep track of and restock office supplies, receiving and managing related invoices.
* Supervise the office to ensure efficient functioning of the workspace and employee well-being.
* Manage internal logistics (device delivery, inventories, and supplies).
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous experience in assistance/administrative/receptionist duties for 2-3 years.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
* Experience using Microsoft Office software.
