About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Manager to support our presence across the EMEA region. You’ll be responsible for the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, webinars, partner events and internal events—both virtual and in-person. Based in Barcelona and reporting to our EMEA Marketing Manager, you'll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly and gets noticed.
What You’ll Do:
* Own and execute a strategic event plan aligned with our commercial goals—across trade shows, customer events, webinars, and more.
* Manage end-to-end event logistics: scheduling, vendors, budget tracking, registrations, and follow-ups.
* Drive lead generation around events, including email campaigns and pre/post-event outreach, in collaboration with digital and content teams.
* Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure events support pipeline growth and customer engagement.
* Develop and maintain the events calendar, while proactively spotting new opportunities and presenting ideas to improve impact.
* Brief and coordinate the creation of all event materials, from invitations and signage to presentations and giveaways.
* Set goals and KPIs for each event and track performance to optimize results.
* Be the point of contact on-site when needed, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Who You Are – Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications or event management
* 3+ years in events or marketing, ideally in B2B tech or media
* Super organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
* Confident juggling multiple projects
* Fluent in English (bonus points for French, Arabic, Spanish or German)
