Main responsibilities
1. Build relationships and convert leads into satisfied customers.
2. Serve as a key point of contact for the Team Manager and Sales function, liaising with the company’s headquarters.
3. Assess and understand the specific needs of potential clients, identify through digital acquisition channels, and recommend the most suitable products and services.
4. Work closely with the Customer Service team to strengthen client loyalty by responding to inquiries via email and phone, ensuring their satisfaction through appropriate actions.
5. Contribute to the refinement and implementation of procedures and tools to support ongoing development within the market.
Core skills / experience
1. Previous experience as a sales consultant, with strong organizational skills in managing daily inbound calls and occasional outbound contacts.
2. Skilled in effectively handling objections and offering tailored solutions to meet potential clients' needs.
3. Interest in embracing the multidisciplinary approach of an international start-up.
