Right now, we are looking for an International Senior Recruiter to help us identify and manage the talent that makes our mission possible.
Main Responsibilities
In this strategic role, you will work in close collaboration with the business and our Human Resources leaders, ensuring the continuity of our recruitment activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Posting job offers across various job platforms and professional networks.
Designing and implementing headhunting actions and direct searches.
Managing full recruitment processes (end-to-end), including CV screening, interviews, and various technical assessments.
Sourcing passive candidates and leading large-scale recruitment initiatives.
Anticipating vacancies to optimize response times and talent integration.
Contributing to and driving strategic projects related to recruitment, Employee Experience (EX), and Talent.
Collaborating on internal communications.
Developing and implementing innovative initiatives for Employer Branding.
Coordinating internships and scholarship programs, managing relationships with universities, business schools, and foundations, both national and international.
Managing outsourcing processes and coordinating with recruitment agencies and consultancies, both national and international.
What we’re looking for
At least 8-9 years of experience leading and managing recruitment processes, both nationally and internationally.
Proactive, multitasking, results-oriented, and with a clear strategic business vision.
Experience managing teams and collaborating with internal clients.
Experience working with tools such as SAP – SuccessFactors is a plus.
High level of English (C1 or higher) is required.
Availability to work based in our headquarters in A Coruña.
