We are looking for an Account Manager – Incision Care (m/f/d) to join our Woundcare division.

You will lead the sales activities in its customer area in order to develop profit and sales volumes, creating fidelity customers to the brand and to the company.
Location: Zona Norte (Bilbao)
You’ll make a significant contribution in the following areas:
1. Achieve sales budget in order to collaborate with the company targets.
2. Develop knowledge of customers, opinion leaders, and competitors in its area, in order to create awareness of Wound MHC products, and MHC company market leader position.
3. Identify business opportunities in all market segments: Acute care.
4. Establish the needed connection between Acute and Home care in order to create protocols, and increase sales in its overall sales territory.
5. Support the Clinical and Marketing Department developing the needed influence to create technical specifications for our Safetac technology in Regional and Local tenders.
6. Identify the key decision makers in Regional Tenders such as Key Opinion Leaders, Technical Commission, Advisors of the Regional Purchase Department, Users, etc., in order to generate positive decisions for Wound MHC products.
7. Be responsible for the field close follow up of Regional Tender in the different steps.
8. Tasks related to the procedures of the Integrated Management System in the area.
9. Identify our best business opportunity in every tender position.
10. Communicate our product offer by different tools such as visits, group meeting presentations, etc.
11. Promote the Wound product offer to nurses, doctors & surgeons, and purchase departments in hospitals.
12. Create and maintain a high-quality Wound Contact Person database.
13. Segment and target customers on a half-yearly basis.
14. Provide market view information of their sales area.
What you will need:
1. Sales skills and 2-3 years of sales experience in medical devices or pharma, especially in OR and with surgeons.
2. Product knowledge and competitor knowledge (test of Introduction training program).
3. Good level of education, negotiation, and planning which provide the platform for a technical approach to the selling process.
4. Fluent language skills in Spanish and English.
