Are you a data expert with a passion for creative problem-solving? I’m looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join this high growth ecommerce business, in their centralised marketing department, turning complex datasets into powerful insights that shape strategic and creative decisions.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with creative, acquisition, brand, and innovation teams to drive data-informed strategies.
Develop and implement advanced analytical methods that enhance creative processes and business performance.
Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to ensure accuracy and meaningful insights.
Present complex findings in a clear, compelling way to stakeholders at all levels.
Champion the adoption of cutting-edge data tools and methodologies.
You:
This role requires someone who can blend analytics with visual creativity – you do not need to be a designer, just have the creative mindset to work with the data.
5+ years of leadership experience in an analytics-driven environment.
Experience pulling and analysing data across META and Google ads is a must, experience with Amazon and Outbrain would be an advantage.
Experience working with ecommerce brands is super important (agency background with ecommerce clients IDEAL)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply data science techniques to solve business challenges creatively.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills – you make data make sense.
Hands-on experience with major analytics software and database technologies.
