Global Responsibility
Responsible for the consolidation and production of the monthly closing group reporting within INSUD PHARMA, including analysis by Business Units and countries, P&Ls, CF, BS, NWC Ratios and additional financial related KPIs under BPC tool. Coordinating more than 50 reporting entities
Specific Responsibilities
* Improvement of reports and financial processes. Automatization of financial data and reports in SAP BPC to improve efficiency.
* Coordinate the reporting and data consolidation for budget, forecast and business plan process for the Pharma Group.
* Responsible for updating the corporate presentation under high demand deadlines
* Analyze financial and accounting impacts to conclude accuracy on the Insud Pharma reporting.
* Deep knowledge of consolidation process and “what if” analysis on demand.
* Analyze and improve current reporting procedures in terms of speed and quality and link all current and new reports to our consolidation tool
* Understanding dimensional structures, data forms, script logic and business rules
* Understanding dimensional structures of analytic environment (cost centers, profit centers, WBS elements)
* Become a key member within SAP BPC project by offering specialist advice in terms of group reporting.
* Close coordination and contact with Local and Global Finance and non-finance team members.
* Integrate and homogenize data and financial processes in order to optimize Global Reporting.
Requirements
* Strong Financial background, solid Accounting and Consolidation knowledge. Familiarity with local and international accounting standards (e.g. IFRS) to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting
* Experience in the implementation and maintenance of consolidation and budgeting models in SAP BPC environments
* Desirable experience in Consolidation tool and/or ERP migrations within impact on ETL
* Experience with SAP R/3 & S/4 ERP and link with ETL for reporting / consolidation tool.
* Used to working under tight deadlines
Experience (years/area): +5 years of experience in financial consolidation processes and reporting, in a multinational firm.
Education: Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar.
Languages: Fluent Spanish and English.
Specific Knowledge:
* Deep knowledge on SAP BPC. Alternatively, Oracle Hyperion.
* Excel and PowerPoint
* Desirable knowledge SAP BW and SAP R/3 and S/4
* Desirable to have worked with BI (Business Intelligence) and data analysis tools - PowerBI.
