This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven professional ready to manage top-tier accounts and build strong, strategic retail partnerships.
🚀 What You’ll Do:
* Manage and grow key accounts through building effective relationships at all levels
* Lead annual negotiations, including trading terms, assortment strategies, and promotional planning
* Build and execute customer-specific account plans to drive sales, margin, and visibility
* Act as the primary contact for retail partners, strengthening long-term relationships and driving joint business plans
* Collaborate with trade marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure effective execution
* Analyze sales and market data to identify growth opportunities and optimize account performance
🎯 What You Bring:
* 3+ years of experience in key account management, ideally in toys, FMCG, or branded consumer goods
* Proven success managing major retail accounts, including both specialist and mass-market channels
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI/SAP a plus)
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable — with a collaborative spirit and strong ownership
