Your role
As EHS Technician, in this role you'll design, develop, implement and oversee the organization's Environment, Health, and Safety (EH&S) programs and procedures to safeguard employees and the environment. Confirms compliance of all facilities with EH&S regulations and Carrier requirements.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
* Inspecting or evaluating workplace environments, equipment or practices to achieve and maintain compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
* Performing incident investigations and analyzing data related to it.
* Identifyings potential risks within the work environment and implementing safety and occupational health policies and programs to maintain a safe workplace.
* Conducting EHS inspections and audits, and providing safety orientation, induction courses and other training at site level to maintain employee safety.
* Recommending measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials.
* Developing or maintaining hygiene programs such as noise surveys, continuous atmosphere monitoring, ventilation surveys, or asbestos management plans to achieve and maintain consistent standards.
* Reviewing plans and specifications for construction of new machinery or equipment to determine whether all safety requirements have been met.
* Evaluating ergonomic principles to optimize usability, costs, quality, safety, for workforce performance
* Promoting a culture and continuous improvement in health, safety and environment

Who we’re looking for
As a minimum you must have:
* Bachelor's Degree in EHS, Engineering or relevant scientific/technical area.
* Qualification as Superior Technician in Occupational Health
* At least 3 years work experience in similar role with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation experience
* Language: Spanish fluent, English Upper Intermediate;
* Valid EU work permit
