IMPAG Group, a leading raw materials and ingredients distribution platform, is seeking an experienced and dynamic International Business Development / Segment Leader / Market Segment Director Pharma. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and development of the B2B Pharma business within IMPAG Group. IMPAG’s Pharma activities include Excipients, API’s, Nutraceuticals, and Medical Devices. This position requires strategic leadership, market development, and team management in a matrix organization to drive growth and establish IMPAG as a leading distributor in the pharmaceutical sector.
You are a strategic leader:
* You develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in the Pharma sector.
* You prepare and manage the segment budget with local management boards and the pharma team.
* You recognize strategic market changes and trends, and adapt the strategic orientation accordingly.

* You define key initiatives together with local Management Boards and determine the resources required to ensure the realization of the strategy.

* You have a proven track record in business development, preferably within the B2B Pharma distribution industry (Excipients, API’s, Nutraceuticals, Medical Devices).
