Job Description:
Manage commercial operations related to procurement, service contracting, purchase logistics, distribution, and warehouse management, optimizing processes, resources, and costs, in line with the guidelines set by the immediate supervisor and the Company’s Plans and Policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Execution:
Manage the processing and tracking of raw material purchases (Europe) and ensure effective distribution.
Logistics and Inventory Control:
Oversee the reception, verification, storage, and inventory control, optimizing material flow and ensuring traceability.
Sales Logistics Management:
Coordinate and monitor customer orders (national and international) and manage freight logistics.
Cost Optimization and Reporting:
Prepare reports, analyze costs and area indicators, and propose improvements to optimize processes.
Coordination and Communication:
Collaborate with other departments and participate in company meetings and events, ensuring alignment with the Supply Chain area’s objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative management, accustomed to generating reports.
Advanced Excel skills (assessment will be conducted).
English level B2/C1 (assessment will be conducted), capable of interacting with transportation companies across countries where we operate.
Additional languages (German, French, Italian, or Polish) are highly valued.
Team-oriented, working closely with the Customer Service team.
Proficiency in general computer skills (custom ERP).
Training in logistics and transportation, international trade (import-export), purchasing, or a similar field is highly valued.
What We Offer:
Gross Annual Salary of €18,000-€22,000 (depending on profile) + 5% Variable linked to performance + Performance Evaluation.
