We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Head of Acquisition to spearhead our customer acquisition efforts across multiple markets. The ideal candidate brings expertise in performance marketing, analytical prowess, and a track record of scaling growth through targeted acquisition strategies. As Head of Acquisition, you’ll drive key initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to meet our ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquisition Strategy & Execution
* Craft and execute a data-driven acquisition strategy to drive customer growth across brands.
* Optimize high-performing channels, including paid media, social, and partnerships.
* Track KPIs, manage ROI, and adjust tactics to maintain budget efficiency and impact.
Team Leadership
* Lead and develop the acquisition team, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Encourage creativity, accountability, and collaboration within the team.
* Align with internal teams to achieve cohesive acquisition goals and execution.
Campaign Optimization
* Oversee campaign planning, execution, and continuous testing for improvement.
* Coordinate ad creative development with design and content teams for impactful assets.
* Utilize A/B testing and analytics tools to refine conversion rates.
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Partner with CRM, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
* Build strong relationships with external agencies and vendors to boost acquisition efforts.
* Serve as the primary contact for acquisition insights and reporting within the organization.
Qualifications
* 7+ years in acquisition or performance marketing, ideally within iGaming or tech.
* Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
* Proven experience managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns and optimizing performance.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish or Spanish is a plus.
