The Opportunity The Brand Manager will develop and deliver integrated, multi platform digital marketing programs tailored to specific customer segments (HCPs and Patients), driving growth, and building brand equity across ADCs portfolio. Go beyond analysing data to implement brand plans focused on retention and expansion initiatives, and execute high impact digital and CRM caigns. The role requires designing strategic digital plans, creating materials, and directing advertising. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, the ability to analyse digital KPIs, and maintaining brand integrity are essential. What Youll Do MARKETING Customer Understanding: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer segments, including their needs, pain points, preferences, and motivations to drive engagement. Market Research Collaboration: Partner with Global Market Insights to execute and localize market research and data analytics, ensuring alignment with local business needs. Marketing Project Management: Manage the activation and execution of global marketing digital projects in collaboration with Area Marketing, and maintain awareness of new media and digital technologies, integrating them into the Brand Plans and caigns. Omnichannel Strategy Implementation: Brief to external Agencies, leading the implementation of an omnichannel marketing strategy using customer insights, and an accurate budget implementation. DIGITAL Develop and execute integrated, multi platform digital marketing strategies and customer centric caigns tailored to specific segments, aligned with Global initiatives to drive growth across ADC''s brand portfolio. Managing online branding, content strategies, communications, and caigns throughout the customer/patient Journey. Building the online community, attracting new patients, driving lead acquisition, SEO and C strategy to drive traffic and conversion rates. Analyzing data, consumer behavior and KPIs to optimize consumer journey strategies in order to improve the outcomes and UX/UI.
