As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team in Barcelona. This is a hybrid/onsite role, which means you’ll be working from our Barcelona office, with the option to work remotely within the city. You will have the opportunity to work with top brands, helping them optimize their digital marketing campaigns to reach their goals.
Position Overview:
As a Dutch-speaking Digital Marketing Consultant, you will be working closely with businesses from Dutch-speaking countries (the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg), helping them create and optimize online advertising campaigns. You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, providing insights and solutions that improve their digital marketing efforts and drive long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consult with Clients: Serve as the primary consultant for Dutch-speaking clients, offering expertise on online marketing strategies and helping them develop effective digital advertising campaigns tailored to their goals and target audiences.
* Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee the setup, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media platforms, SEO, and other online marketing tools.
* Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to create custom marketing strategies based on their specific needs and objectives.
* Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance data regularly to provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
* Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products.
* Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and conduct market research.
* Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with other internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client strategies.
* Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Native or near-native Dutch (C2 level) and fluent English (C1/C2 level).
* Digital Marketing Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
* Consultative Selling Skills: Strong ability to listen to clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with various digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
