We are currently seeking an International HR Business Partner on behalf of our client, a market-leading multinational, undergoing global expansion and committed to a strategic HR model aligned with business goals. What you’ll do: Act as the main HR reference for an international business area, working closely with senior management and leading key people initiatives. Drive recruitment, onboarding, development, and compensation processes tailored to both local and international contexts. Advise leadership as a strategic partner, promoting a culture aligned with the company’s global vision and values. Lead talent initiatives, succession planning, performance evaluations, and transformation projects. Analyze HR data and trends to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. What we’re looking for: 5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar role within multinational environments. Strong background in talent acquisition, development, compensation, and expatriate management. Ability to work independently and build close relationships with senior leadership. Fluent English (C1-C2 level) is essential. Additional languages are a plus. Academic background in HR, Business Administration or similar. A Master’s degree in HR Management will be highly valued.
